- Free to sign up. You get an organization, member roles (owner, admin, mentor, member), invites, and the audit log — every administrative action recorded, readable by every member.
- Seats are drivers — the named humans accountable for the work, not the number of Pies running. A driver can run several Pies; the seat follows the person.
- Per-seat pricing is being finalised and will be published here once it is signed off. We would rather leave this blank than quote you a number we intend to change.
- Your AI provider spend is separate and yours (BYOK), on every plan — see the notes below.

- Annual billing = 2 months free. Intro pricing may apply at launch.
- All prices are exclusive of GST. GST is added at the prevailing rate on your invoice (GSTIN fields supported).
- Your AI API usage is paid by you, directly to your AI provider (BYOK). It is not included in these prices. During onboarding we show an estimate — a typical Executive PA workload runs about ₹500–3,000/mo DRAFT in provider API charges, depending on volume and model choice.
- Box hardware is a one-time invoice; the monthly AMC starts on the installation date.
- If you cancel: you keep the device, the agents, and all your local data. Only the hosted dashboards and alerts stop, and we hand you a signed final audit export plus a standalone-mode configuration.

For teams running the stack on their own hardware: Free (2 Pies, 5k actions/mo, 7-day retention) · Pro $20/Pie/mo (50k actions, 12-mo retention, policy packs) · Team $99/mo base + usage · Enterprise custom (SSO, 7-yr retention, DPA).
On “open”: the thin layer — the Driver Record schema, the audit chain format, and the offline verifier — is Apache-2.0. That is deliberate: a record you cannot verify without us is not evidence. The platform above it (this control plane, the fleet and mentor consoles, provisioning, licence issuance) is not open source.
