A private operating plane your AI keeps current
Every venture runs on a handful of things that usually live in ten scattered docs: the decisions you've locked, the open questions, the plan, the budget, the risks. The Founder OS puts them in one governed place — sections and fields you shape — and lets your leadership Pies draft and keep them current, with every AI-authored line marked and waiting for your yes.
The whole plane, in six cards
- It lives on your podSections, fields and records sit in your pod's own database; the cloud only ever sees counts.
- Isolated per ventureEach organization is its own plane, invisible to the others — by the database, not a promise.
- A schema you shapeAdd sections, fields and status options; the structure is data, so it bends to your business.
- AI drafts, you approveEvery AI-authored row is marked and waits for your yes; it never silently becomes fact.
- On the governed chainLeadership Pies draft through the same run path every Pie uses — recorded, gated and signed.
- One phone, many venturesSwitch organizations like profiles — each with its own sections, memory and budget.
Every founder has the same graveyard: a strategy deck from last quarter, a decisions doc nobody updated, risks in someone's head. The Founder OS is the fix — one governed operating plane per venture.
Sections and fields you shape
The plane isn't a fixed template — it's a small, configurable data model. An organization holds sections, each section holds fields you define, and each row is a record.
Add a section, change a status option — the structure is data, so it bends to how the business runs. Start from a template or from scratch; a whole plane is exportable, seedable JSON.
Your leadership Pies author it
This is where it stops being a document. PAI ships a leadership tier of Pies — CEO, CFO, CTO, COO, CMO, Chief of Staff, Chief Product and General Counsel — who draft and validate the plane through the same governed run path every Pie uses.
Every record carries a source flag: human or AI. An AI-authored row is a proposal, not a fact — it waits for your yes the way every sensitive action does. You stay editor-in-chief.
The cloud sees the shape, never the content
The pod is the system of record. Enrolled with our cloud, it mirrors only a secret-free rollup: the organization's name and the count of sections and records. The Fleet view can tell you a venture has 22 records; it can never read one.
On your pod it also doubles as a private company wiki: each person is a Driver bound to their own Pies and budget, and each venture is isolated from the others by the database.

Founder OS — FAQ
A private operating plane for each organization you run. Instead of ten scattered docs, one governed place holds the things a venture actually runs on: a decision register, the verticals, roles and responsibilities, the month-one plan, budget and funding, risks, and an update log. The sections and fields aren't fixed — you shape them to how the business works. It lives in the pod's own database, so it's your data on your premises.
Both, and you can always tell which. You shape the structure and set the direction. The leadership Pies — a CEO, CFO, CTO, COO, CMO, Chief of Staff, Chief Product and General Counsel persona — draft, brainstorm and validate the content through the same governed run path every Pie uses. Every record carries a source flag: human or AI. An AI-authored row is marked as such and waits for your yes; it never silently becomes fact.
A wiki is a living, structured knowledge base a team keeps current. The Founder OS is that — decisions, plans and playbooks in structured sections and fields — except the governed AI does the keeping-current for you, and it's private by construction: the content lives on your pod, isolated per organization by the database, not by a policy promise. Your people work against the same plane; the difference from a normal wiki is that it edits itself, under your approval.
Yes — that's the point. Organizations are like profile switchers: each venture is its own plane with its own sections, records, memory and budget, isolated at the database level. Switch between them the way you switch profiles. One founder, one phone, several ventures — each with its own governed operating plan.
No. The plane lives in the pod's database. When a pod is enrolled with our cloud, it mirrors only a secret-free rollup on its outbound heartbeat — the organization's name and the count of sections and records, plus how many rows the AI authored. Never a field label, never a cell value. The cloud Fleet view can tell you a venture has 7 sections and 22 records; it can never read one.
It's enableable — the schema, the configurable sections and fields, the record store and the leadership Pies all ship inside the stack and switch on when you run a pod with a model key, backed by tests. The AI authoring needs a model key to run. We label it honestly on the Possibilities page rather than calling it live before it runs in our stack with machine-checked proof.
