Your AI API usage is paid by you, directly to your AI provider (BYOK). It is not included in these prices. During onboarding we show an estimate — a typical Executive PA workload runs about ₹500–3,000/mo DRAFT in provider API charges, depending on volume and model choice.
Box hardware is a one-time invoice; the monthly AMC starts on the installation date.
If you cancel: you keep the device, the agents, and all your local data. Only the hosted dashboards and alerts stop, and we hand you a signed final audit export plus a standalone-mode configuration.
